My CV doesn't follow a straight line and
can seem a little confusing at first glance. I've worked across marketing, design, logistics, education, technology and other very different environments. That breadth taught me how to enter unfamiliar worlds quickly, understand what matters, and turn complexity into clear ideas people can actually engage with. Today, that's one of the most useful things I bring to creative and marketing work.

Good marketing starts with understanding the people, businesses and challenges behind the brief. At WILLISHENRY, I put that principle into practice across a wide range of clients and creative disciplines.
Working closely with founder Jasmine Willis, I helped develop initial ideas and creative directions before taking responsibility for bringing them to life.
Projects ranged from brand identities and websites to investor presentations, copywriting and video production. The variety demanded adaptability, independent problem-solving and the ability to move confidently between strategy and execution.
Understanding unfamiliar industries became an important part of the work. A cybersecurity project involved getting to grips with a complex offering and shaping a website and value proposition around its audience.
An investor presentation for an asset manager presented a different challenge: making a technical proposition engaging and accessible.
One particularly rewarding project was developing the branding, website and videos for a Zurich multi-family office, working closely with its founders. Seeing the logo we created on their office building remains a personal highlight.

Working with ORCA meant understanding a highly specialised product and the people who relied on it. I helped shape its marketing communications, combining LinkedIn strategy with creative content and international video production.
Taking responsibility for ORCA's LinkedIn presence, I developed content, managed campaigns and regularly reported on performance. During our first year producing content, new follower acquisition increased by over 700% compared with the preceding reporting period, alongside substantial growth in engagement and visibility.
The work also extended into branding, SEO and company photography. Close collaboration with ORCA's leadership gave me the freedom to develop creative approaches while ensuring the messaging remained relevant to its specialist audience.
A particularly rewarding part of the partnership was producing customer testimonial videos involving family offices and professional advisers around the world.
I coordinated videographers remotely, directed interviews and worked closely with the team to shape the finished films. With limited access to busy interviewees and shoots taking place across different countries, preparation, adaptability and careful post-production were essential.
One US-based multi-family office was so pleased with its testimonial that it subsequently asked us to work with them on another project.

FRACHT had built a global logistics business over generations. But in Switzerland, marketing had yet to become an established part of its operations. I joined to help demonstrate what it could contribute, with a clear strategy, measurable objectives and the freedom to build something from the ground up.
Working as a one-person marketing department alongside the Zurich branch manager, I developed and implemented a strategy focused on visibility, engagement and showcasing the people and projects behind the business.
I introduced regular content to FRACHT's previously inactive Swiss LinkedIn account, produced videos highlighting its work and created campaigns that brought the company's expertise to a wider audience. Over ten months, the account grew from approximately 4,900 to 7,000 followers, an increase of around 43%.
An important part of the role was building internal understanding of marketing.
I delivered LinkedIn training sessions, developed employee advocacy guidance and established processes that colleagues could continue using.
I also helped recruit and train my full-time successor, ensuring the work could develop beyond my involvement. Together, we delivered FRACHT's first stand at the Zurich Auto Show, coordinating everything from the displays and uniforms to promotional materials.
What began as a part-time initiative became an established marketing function with dedicated, ongoing responsibility.

Beginning in 2022, WILLISHENRY served as a media partner for Deloitte's Best Managed Companies programme in Switzerland. My role covered the creative development, production and coordination of video content throughout the programme, from telling the stories of participating businesses to bringing each year's awards gala to life.
Working closely with Deloitte, its programme partners and the participating companies, I helped develop the creative narrative and media strategy for each year's programme.
I filmed and produced content showcasing the people, leadership and achievements behind the award-winning businesses, including on-site interviews and company features. These stories formed part of the communications leading up to the awards and were brought together through the films, visuals and music I produced for the gala itself.
A significant part of my work involved coordinating content and approvals across multiple organisations. Every film needed to meet Deloitte's standards while also representing the participating companies accurately, often requiring extensive collaboration with their individual marketing teams.
The gala brought everything together. I oversaw video coverage and interview coordination on the evening, ensuring the production team captured the material needed for the post-event communications.
With the event taking place on a Thursday, I then produced the official highlights film for publication the following Monday, working to a tight turnaround while managing final feedback and approvals.
The result was a cohesive programme of visual storytelling that connected the participating companies, the awards and the event itself.

Originally from England, I spent a few years living in Sweden before moving to Switzerland, where I've since made my home with my wife (and a cat). Living in different countries has given me the opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds, experience different cultures and see life from different perspectives.
Away from work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, following Liverpool FC, and cooking. I appreciate good food, good conversation and the opportunity to discover new places and experiences.
I’d say, I'm generally happiest when life involves good company, a little humour and something to look forward to. It doesn't have to be anything elaborate. Sometimes a good meal, a relaxed evening or a warm dessert with a scoop of ice cream is more than enough.
I'm always interested in connecting with people and organisations who value thoughtful ideas, strong execution and meaningful results.
